Hakuna Matata

When I was just on my way to the zoo, my phone rang. Job offer from Jade. Bigger company and more money, too. Hooray!
The zoo is awfully far away from the city center. But it was worth it! They had meerkats there. I love meerkats! They also had monkeys, a kiwi, a kookaburra, giraffes, a firefox (the panda, not the browser), otters, lions and kangaroos.
The kiwi was bigger than I thought. They have the size and shape of a football. I saw an x-ray photograph of a kiwi which had an egg inside herself. She was pretty much filled up with it -- I wonder where she kept her entrails.
The kangaroos were disappointing, because they wouldn't hop. They're such lazy animals!

For over two weeks I tried to abstain from writing software. When I came back from the zoo, I couldn't restrain myself any longer. Ahhh... *sigh* :-D (It felt sooo good!)
