Being back...

... almost feels like I'd never been gone in the first place. Almost. All that remains are pleasant memories and a very relaxed attitude. It's amazingly helpful in dealing with the last few weeks at my current job, though:
While I've been gone a few really bad things happened and it might very well be that the company is down on it's knees before I get an opportunity to quit. I cannot go into details, because I don't exactly know what happened (what I heard so far just cannot have happened like that -- nobody is that stupid!), so I'm still searching for answers. Looks like yet another case of Hanlon's razor to me.

I didn't realize how much I missed sleeping in my own bed until I woke up this morning!
