2007-06-06 Tomorrow Is A Holiday

Scuba diving training was surprisingly dull today. Okay, not really dull. Not even surprisingly. But it was boring and I should have known it. There was almost nobody there, because next week a lot of club members will go to Majorca. Also, the pool will be closed for renovation for the next two weeks. That means I won't have a chance to get wet for at least two weeks. The perfect time for an immunization against tick bites -- which leads to ten days without scuba diving anyway (something about the increased amount of white blood cells).

The surprise of the day was provided by one of my co-workers one hour before I called it a day: Tomorrow is Corpus Christi. Where I live, that's a holiday! Of course I will be hungry all day because I didn't bother to buy food today, but that's a prize I'm willing to pay for my freedom. I don't know what to do with it yet, but when it comes to killing time I can always fill out another form!

Ah, now I know what I'm going to do. But I'm not going to tell you. Hehe...
