2008-04-07 Dangit!

Remember when I said I'm going to win the lottery? Believe it or not, but there has been a mistake at the lottery: The winning ticket has been sold in New Plymouth, not in Christchurch. Bummer! What's the point in buying 73 tickets in the same store, anyway? Now I must stick with my Clark Kent job!
(But $20 for 80 people isn't the worst that could have happened... it's almost enough money for another two tickets)

What else? Hm... it rained, so no biking today. I didn't stay too long, anyway, because I ran out of things to do.

Note to self: Don't read replies to your bug reports before you go to bed. At best they give you a rain check. But usually they will say "no, it's working as it should" and quote a part of the documentation that's got nothing to do with what you described. Kinda makes you feel sorry for bothering them with the shortcomings of their own software... Gah, I'm so angry right now!
