2005-04-25 Happy Anzac Day
My first plan was to do some research and let you guys know what Anzac Day is all about. But I got a little sidetracked and didn't do it. If you read this, you will know a lot more about the whole thing than I do.
How I spent it? Well. There has been some serious MacGyver watching going on, I can tell you. And lots of chatting, too. But that's pretty much it.

Remember when I said they have seat belts on the shopping carts? I said I'd post a picture soon. That must have been ages ago, but anyway, here it is. I cannot even begin to imagine how many fatal accidents could have been prevented if only they had these seat belts on every shopping cart around the world!

I can just imagine strapping your child in there so that they're not a nuisance while you go off shopping! :-)

Looks like the Germans are responsible for quite a lot of public holidays all over the world...
