I don't know if I mentioned that my landlords sold the house. In Germany, tennants cannot be kicked out because of that. So even if I hadn't decided to move out, there wouldn't have been a problem. Today, the new owners were here and had a look at my place. In January, when I'm in New Zealand, their dad (or was it their brother?) will move in there. And if I'm very lucky, he is going to buy my sofa and some of the furniture.
