Haselnuss-Makronen

They're called Hazelnut Macaroons, I think. What I know for sure is that they're not supposed to look like this. Firstly, there's got to be a Hazelnut on top of each macaroon. Okay, that's my fault. I left them out on purpose, because I don't like the feeling of something hard when I'm biting on a soft cookie. Also, I didn't have any at home. Secondly, they should look like hemispheres, not like pancakes. My mom said that I made the dough too soggy, and she's probably right. Next time I will put in more ground hazelnuts. Lastly, the original recipe doesn't have rum aroma in it, but adding some was good idea for a change. They are delicious and let's be honest: for cookies, that's much more important than looking good, right?
