End Of The Hallows
Golly what a day! It started at 8 AM at the municipal administration. Police clearance for a work visa, giving notice of departure and trying to get an international driver's license. Too much red tape for one man, but everything went okay. I didn't even have to fill out a form myself!
Driving to work with the usual detours due to building sites along the way. Hanging around and doing everything but work. Test drive with a potential buyer of my car during lunch break. Selling my car shouldn't be too much of a problem. Back to... umm... work. Going home at six, after pwning Ines with Billiard. Lucky strike. Next tenants dropping by around seven-ish to take a look at my furniture and see what they want to buy. Selling my furniture shouldn't be too much of a problem, too. Nice!
While they were still there, Ines came over and we made fried potatoes and coconut macaroons. The coconut macaroons will develop their aroma in a week or to, the recipe says. I don't think they'll survive that long, though. The potatoes were the best fried potatoes I've had in a long long time, but they came with a price: while I was peeling them, I cut my finger. Bloody badly crucio!
Speaking of witch (hooray for puns!): I finished Harry Potter 7 and I'd love to blog about it, but I won't. Only so much: read it and prepare to be stunned. It's better than I expected, and I expected a lot.
