Longer version:
It was a damn broken link, nothing special. But it wasn't my dad's fault, I could have fixed it on the phone if I hadn't given up one minute too early.
Sonja lives close to a small airport where sky divers start. We sat in her garden and even saw a few of them parachuting. I so want to do this!
When I told my parents that I've been stopped by the police my dad told me this story:
Last week, my parents visited my grandma. For some logistical reasons that I cannot quite remember, they drove in separate cars. On the way home they played their silly old "I'll be there much faster than you" game. It was dark and my mom stayed ahead. She didn't look in the rear view mirror too often, but when she finally did, she saw a police car chasing her. She pulled over and the officer asked the cliché question: "Do you have any idea why we stopped you?". Now she couldn't tell him that she thought she had been chased by her husband, could she? I don't know what she said, but she kept her cool and somehow even got away without having to pay anything. Needless to say, my dad was already there when she came home.

Has anyone fallen into Sonja's garden?
Nope. But the whole concept of sky diving gave me a new idea about Santa Claus's modus operandi!
