2007-05-23 Fine Feathers Make Fine Birds

Highlight of the day: I got my own brand new scuba diving suit. It emphasizes my good shape (which isn't easy), covers my problem areas (also not easy) and best of all, it keeps me warm when I'm under water. So warm in fact that I couldn't wear it in the pool for more than ten minutes before I started to cook. Now it's drying in the basement, so I cannot post a photo.
Tomorrow after work I'll inaugurate it. This means that I'll come home tired and with a wet suite. On Friday we'll go climbing, so there isn't any time either. But on Saturday I'll put it on and take some pictures of myself so that I can show it to you.

Depressing note of the day:
Mozart was six years old when he gave his first public concerts. Darwin was 22 when he boarded the HMS Beagle for a trip that would revolutionize the world. Einstein was 26 when he published his paper on Brownian motion that would finally win him a Nobel Prize. I am 27 and... well... I am 27.

I found this song today:

It takes me some time before I know if I like a song or not, but what I already do know is that I like the video.

I hate to disappoint you but not everyone is destined for greatness.

I can live with that but i know how you feel. I'm 27 too and...yeah.
