Ticket To Ride

This morning I got up early and dropped by the tourist agency to pick up my tickets. Now I really know what the big, wide world smells like. I never thought it would be the smell of ink, though.

This is not really important, but since there's nothing else to write about today, I will post it anyway: After observing my face during lunch, Axel asked me when I'm going to quit my job. Obviously I didn't look to happy. I don't know why I didn't tell him anything. I guess it just didn't feel right.

Also, Largo discovered my blog. My first impulse was complete and utter panic, because I don't want anybody who knows anyone at the place I work to know anything about my New Zealand plans. So I switched my blog to private mode. But that's not cool, either. So not it's back in public and I hope that I'll keep on being lucky until I finally get away from there. And I hope that will be soon.

Check this out! I wonder if it's still funny if you don't speak German. If you do, it's hilarious!

I just realized that my blog title is actually the name of a song. So much for my capability of not being influenced...
