Dragonfly

Okay, here's the coolest thing that has happened at my company for a very long time. Stefan, one of the rare good people there, bought a Wowwee Flytech Dragonfly. Google it. There's a video on amazon.de and there are also some on YouTube. But let me tell you, watching a good video and flying this awesome thing with our own two hands are two completely different things. Boy, did I have fun today!
Someone once said that men don't grow up. Only their toys are getting more expensive. Guess what, that's totally true!

In other news, I ate my first quince today. Well, I didn't exactly eat it. I tasted it. Did you know that the word "marmalade" is derived from the Portuguese word for quince jam? Marmalade seems to be the only thing that can be made out of a quince, because they taste terrible otherwise. Oh, and they can be distilled to booze, of course.
