Last year I found an error in a German Wikipedia article. I posted a comment, but nothing happened. Today I looked again and it is fixed! I know that's it was due and sooner or later someone would do it, but still: I found a Wikipedia bug and they fixed it. How cool is that? (and yes, I know that I'm a geek)

Uli took this photo last year. (It even might have been the same day I found the Wikipedia bug!) And although I look fierce and upset, this is one of the few pictures of myself that I like. I think the depth of field and the perspective makes it look quite professional, as if I was a famous scientist being interviewed in a large magazine.
