2008-03-03 Happy Birthday, Blog!

Today is actually tomorrow, because I got home quite late. While I was writing a parser for CSV files (never mind), I got carried away a little and before I knew what happened, it was 8 PM. Funny thing was, I was not the last person to leave. I was beaten by a guy who came back from retirement to help out on one more project!
When I left the bus (have I mentioned that the bus drives are extraordinarily helpful here?), the air smelled like winter. This might seem completely irrelevant, but I rarely smell anything, so moments like this are something special. If only it would have been warmer...

Yesterday was my blog's first birthday! Inspiration obviously didn't strike me yet, but the other issue is gone. It's funny when you think what has changed in one short year. New job. New country. New hemisphere. Not to mention Kristine!
